Applied Scientist, Generative AI/ML

What you'll do

• Conduct pioneering research and development in Generative AI for visual, audio, and multi-modal outputs.
• Develop and deploy novel generative AI technologies to enhance existing Adobe products.
• Train and fine-tune large-scale foundation models with deep reasoning capabilities across multiple modalities.
• Optimize data curation and distributed training techniques for efficient model performance.
• Collaborate on technology transfers between research and product teams, integrating new AI features.

What we're looking for

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, CV/AI/ML/CG or related fields with 1+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in training Generative AI models (pre-training and post-training) for at least one modality: image, video, 3D, audio.
• Proficiency in large-scale model training and optimization techniques including data curation and distributed training.
• Experience in synthetic data generation and working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with product teams on technology transfers.
