Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise technology, hands-on experience with hybrid retrieval systems and agentic AI systems like Claude/Anthropic, and a proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Contribute to the development of a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform using Oracle 23ai.
Build and extend infrastructure for federated Model Context Protocol networks across Oracle products.
Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits by generating content and intelligent presentation assets.
Serve as an expert in Anthropic/AI coding agents for internal teams and client engagements.
Design evaluation frameworks to ensure quality output from AI systems.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
Proven expertise in building and deploying agentic AI systems like Claude/Anthropic.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool-use orchestration.
Ability to design evaluation frameworks for assessing AI system output quality.
Strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
