What you'll do

Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions using Snowflake’s Cortex Analyst features.
Develop consistent reporting and analysis across multiple delivery channels for the Global Bank.
Manage semantic data structures to enhance end-user data consumption and decision-making.
Ensure distributed analytics meet high standards of data quality and consistency.
Secure data and ensure downstream users adopt best practices for data usage.
Drive research and development in predictive analytics, alerts, and mobile capabilities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives related to analytics across different business lines.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in financial services with significant Business Intelligence expertise.
Proven ability to lead development using new reporting and analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau.
Extensive experience leading the creation of distributed analytical/reporting tools, including requirements gathering.
Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases and Snowflake.
Demonstrated success in optimizing data models for evolving reporting needs and flexibility.
Experience implementing and optimizing Snowflake’s Cortex Analyst features for AI-driven analytics.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and developing text-to-SQL solutions.
