What you'll do

  • Ensure data quality through all stages of acquisition and processing.
  • Select appropriate statistical methods and computational algorithms for projects.
  • Build high-end analytic models using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Manage project timelines and integrate analytics software with other teams.
  • Perform production data validations and analyze model behaviors post-deployment.
  • Assist in client meetings to investigate and resolve problems related to models.

What we're looking for

  • MS or PhD in relevant field with significant hands-on predictive modeling and data mining experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data-cleaning techniques.
  • Strong scripting skills in Perl, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on medium to large projects.
  • Proficiency in at least three advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, logistic regression).
  • Demonstrated experience working with Java, Python, C++, or C.
