Americas Business Process Re-Engineering Data Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and architectures from ingestion to delivery.
• Build and maintain high-quality data models using modern transformation frameworks like dbt.
• Architect and operate data workflows using orchestration tools with built-in monitoring features.
• Implement data observability, lineage tracking, and validation frameworks for data integrity.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to operationalize AIML workflows in production.
• Manage cloud-native data environments focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

What we're looking for

• MS in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or BS with 10+ years hands-on industry experience.
• Expertise in building large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, Spark, Kafka/Flink for streaming.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (Snowflake) and open table formats (Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg).
• Strong command of advanced SQL for complex data modeling, query optimization, and analytics engineering.
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks, observability tooling, and lineage tracking in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and building monitored pipelines.
• Track record of adopting emerging technologies (GenAI, Agentic AI) and building functional prototypes.
