What we're looking for

7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
Expertise in Python and another backend language (Java, Go, Rust)
Experience building customer-facing AI platforms or developer tools at scale
Proficiency in containerization and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of prompt engineering and token economics for LLMs
Background in modern backend frameworks, async patterns, and software design
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
