What you'll do

  • Drive strategic initiatives by comparing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and documenting findings for internal reports.
  • Present research results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s + 7 years or Master’s + 4 years or PhD + 1 year in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning.
  • Proficient in Python and production-grade software engineering practices.
  • Proven experience conducting independent research with scalable AI solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into business strategies.
  • Experience training and optimizing Large Language Models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Expertise in deploying high-performance inference engines for efficient LLM serving.
  • Demonstrated history of publishing AI/ML research in top-tier conferences or significant open-source projects.
