What we're looking for

  • Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficient in optimizing AI/ML models through techniques like compression, pruning, quantization, and distributed training.
  • Knowledge of computing, storage, and networking requirements for model training, tuning, and inference phases.
  • Ability to design and implement MLOps workflows and monitoring frameworks for detecting performance issues.
  • HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
