AI ML Engineering Analyst

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML services to cloud infrastructure with production-quality reliability.
• Build data pipelines for repeatable training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of models in production.
• Apply NLP techniques to create automated decisioning and workflow augmentation solutions for text and documents.
• Use AI coding assistants effectively while maintaining engineering rigor and code quality metrics.
• Prompt engineer systematically by writing, testing, refining prompts, and documenting patterns for reproducibility.
• Design agentic systems with appropriate task decomposition, tool interfaces, safeguards, and performance measurement.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on Python experience building production-grade software.
• 1+ year of experience deploying to cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent).
• Strong background in object-oriented design and concurrency fundamentals.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques in real-world settings.
• Proficiency using AI coding tools to enhance development throughput.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering for repeatable, high-quality AI outputs.
• Experience productionizing NLP and document understanding solutions at scale.
