What you'll do

  • Design and deploy AI-powered agents and automations for marketing tasks.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools to improve marketing performance.
  • Train teams on new AI-assisted systems and manage workflow transitions.
  • Optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including AI tooling and integrations.
  • Drive 0-to-1 development of scalable, secure, and automated marketing systems.

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in marketing operations and automation platforms, including campaign creation and optimization.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and other BI/data visualization tools for analyzing large datasets.
  • Demonstrated success driving transformational change by influencing teams to adopt new technologies and workflows.
  • Deep understanding of emerging AI technologies and ability to integrate them into practical marketing applications.
