What we're looking for

- Experience designing agentic workflows, integrating MCP tools and servers, and building conversational AI experiences.
- Proficient programming skills in modern languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for API and backend service development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar orchestration tools.
