As an Agentic AI Developer on our Defense Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing mission-critical solutions by applying cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and technologies. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and product owners to develop AI agents capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution, ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices and cybersecurity standards. This role requires at least 3 years of software development experience, proficiency in Python, and a deep understanding of AI safety and guardrails. Experience with Department of War data or advanced cybersecurity systems is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and model evaluation metrics.
