This role demands expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT), as well as knowledge of data logging techniques and test equipment troubleshooting.

What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues in manufacturing.
- Design, install, and qualify production equipment for satellite assemblies.
- Plan material flow and define manufacturing processes for new assemblies.
- Support space hardware testing by designing tools and analyzing data.
- Optimize production processes using DFM and DFT principles.
- Develop test cases for functional, performance, and stress testing of hardware.
What we're looking for
- Experience with prototyping and implementing manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT).
- Ability to design test cases and analyze large data sets from test campaigns.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools preferred.
- Experience in designing complex mechanical products at volume.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
