What you'll do

Develops and conducts classroom and lab training for Fleet ACNT technicians on Baseline 9C.
Designs, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs and materials for Aegis Weapon System maintenance and operation.
Evaluates sailors' abilities to comply with approved procedures and provides formal appraisals with improvement recommendations.
Reviews U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities and integrates Doctrine in the dynamic operational tactical environment.
Prepares curriculum lesson plans, instructor guides, and training session criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

What we're looking for

Seven years of experience with Aegis Computer Network/Aegis Weapons System.
One year of instructor experience in a Navy Training Environment.
Ability to develop, test, and maintain training programs and materials.
Proficiency in teaching approved course content and conducting dynamic assessments.
Experience reviewing U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities.
Must possess ACNT NECs V00C/V69A or V01C/V75A qualifications.
US citizenship required for the position.
