Adversarial AI Software Engineer Associate Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of an AI red teaming platform for adversarial AI capabilities.
• Build a modular, extensible framework enabling repeatable evaluations of AI systems.
• Develop user-facing interfaces and documentation for internal and third-party users.
• Integrate open-source, commercial, and custom solutions into a cohesive platform.
• Coordinate with InfraOps stakeholders for virtualized environments and compliance.
• Implement observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in developing and delivering software products for enterprise deployment.
• Hands-on expertise in building tools, frameworks, and automation with GitLab, cloud, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to containerize applications using Docker or Podman and deploy them to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments via infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven experience leading a small team, managing projects, and applying secure coding practices in development processes.
• Familiarity with AI security, adversarial ML, and building AI agents using frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph.
• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, NextJS) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
