Senior Software Engineer- SAP IBP

Our Systems Engineering team delivers innovative solutions to address the automation needs to scale our delivery capabilities. We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual contributors who can deal with ambiguity and challenge the status-quo to deliver automation capabilities that power the long-range execution planning efforts, drive workflow improvements, and build solutions to assist in the delivery of large-scale data centers through efficient management of cost and schedule. You will: - Perform End to end SAP IBP implementation activities (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc.). - Responsible for Technical design discussions with key Business stakeholders to translate the Business requirements into solution Deliverables - Resolve complex system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate features developed in an Agile environment. - Design, architect and provide technical leadership for peer developers. - Share learnings and code assets developed with the CO+I Engineering team. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years of hands-on experience for implementing E2E SAP IBP Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning. - Experience in SAP IBP implementation activities such as configuring the solution based on business requirements, setting up and managing security profiles, establishing integrations with existing systems such as MDG, D365 and coordinating any data loads and reporting for the solution. - 4+ full cycle SAP IBP Supply Planning implementations. - Technical implementation knowledge in integrations of SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and other internal/external systems. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of Hands-on experience on designing, coding and delivering software solutions at scale - OR Master's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 5+ years of Hands-on experience for implementing integrations with D365, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba or any other engineering systems. - Experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to rapid production deployment. - Experience working in construction/capital projects and integration of supply chain activities into Engineering, Procurement and Construction. - Experience creating and shipping V1 products using modern development practices. - Experience using agile methodologies and/or test-driven development (TDD). - Great curiosity and willingness to question. - Desire to innovate, ideate and implement the products and processes. - High enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced competitive environment. - Love the next problem, the next experiment, the next partner. - Experience with shipping software products across multiple platforms/devices - Ability to incorporate and understand the needs of our diverse customer base, including customers using assistive technology. Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
