We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Power BI professional with a strong STEM background to lead and manage the Power BI platform for a global Foundry Sourcing and Construction organization. This role combines technical expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking to drive data-driven decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Ownership and Delivery Management:
- Own and manage the end-to-end Power BI platform across the organization
- Manage communication, tasks, and delivery timelines with the Power BI development team
- Prioritize backlog based on organizational goals, urgency, and business ROI

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics solutions

Stakeholder Management and Intake Process:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (focal point) for all Power BI-related business needs
- Own and manage the intake process for new requests, including requirement gathering and scoping

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable development plans

Support and Troubleshooting5. Data and Technical Leadership:
- Act as Tier 1 support for Power BI users across the organization, troubleshoot dashboards, data pipelines, and data-related issues
- Resolve issues independently when possible or route effectively to the appropriate support/development teams
- Design and oversee data architecture, including data models, ETL/ELT processes, and pipelines
- Work with a variety of data sources (e.g., databases, APIs, cloud platforms, structured/unstructured data)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization

Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (both front-end and back-end development)
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across multiple data sources
- Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization
- Experience working with diverse data types (structured, semi-structured, unstructured)
Preferred / Advantage:
- Experience with Exensio
- Experience in global organizations, preferably in sourcing, manufacturing, or construction environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with data governance and platform administration

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $136,900.00-193,270.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
