The W+ team designs and develops scalable, cloud-native AI-powered systems that enhance operational reliability and performance. They lead technical strategy and execution across platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise standards. The team emphasizes continuous improvement by automating processes and optimizing system scalability. Collaboration and mentorship are integral, supporting knowledge sharing and high-quality delivery. With expertise in AI agents, reliability engineering, and payments industry solutions, the W+ team advances innovative technologies that align with business goals and customer needs, driving impactful and reliable software solutions.

What you'll do:
Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing.
Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
Assist in translating high-level designs into detailed technical solutions and participate in design reviews to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Monitor application performance, conduct debugging, and support defect management to maintain system reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical requirements and measure solution success.
Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features through iterative and incremental development.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
