Copilot Studio Agent Development (Primary Focus) Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents aligned to enterprise business process scenarios Configure: Agent topics Actions Connectors Environment governance Integrate agents with: SharePoint Teams Enterprise data sources Extend agent functionality using: Power Platform connectors Automation workflows Deliver Copilot Studio pilots, PoCs, and Value‑Based Deliverables (VBDs) Support enterprise deployment of agent‑based Copilot solutions Support Copilot attach and adoption efforts in collaboration with CSAMs as required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). * Technical architecture Cloud solutions Enterprise IT consulting * Copilot Studio agent creation and configuration Power Platform environments Connector‑based automation Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable. Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
