We are looking for a senior leader with demonstrated track record in executing large-scale Global Markets initiatives successfully. Strong technical background, ability to formulate, sell, and drive technology vision with measurable business outcomes. Superior engineering skills and deep knowledge of of Global Markets businesses and process flows. Demonstrated track record of innovation and creating competitive advantage through technology.  Ability to build strong relationships with Global Markets and Technology leaders to drive results based on shared target state planning. Confident, creative, and execution focused. Collaborative and resourceful, can-do attitude. Attracts and retains excellent talent; motivates performance. Operates with integrity and transparency.

What you will be responsible for

  • Accountable for all Global Markets Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk technology, and the Global Link Fintech platform.
  • Strategic planning and execution for GM product creation and development, venue expansion, target architecture, workforce optimization, cross-asset class enablement, real-time risk analytics, technical and business operational efficiencies, and ability to apply modern AI techniques to increase operating margin, client satisfaction, revenue, and differentiation.
  • Accountable for driving productivity, skilling, career pathing and workforce optimization globally.
  • Interfaces with GM senior management and participates in GM strategic and operational planning routines.
  • Ensures alignment with broader GTS goals, GTS Architecture, and related data and analytics teams to meet divisional goals and to drive GM technical foundations that foster reuse, resource fungibility, increase resiliency, and speed time to market.
  • Entrepreneurial focus on identifying and creating opportunities for new products, margin leverage, RWA and ROC optimization,

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum of ten years of experience, preferably in the financial industry
  • Strong expertise in markets systems and managing execution that includes proprietary builds, vendor integration, and data strategy.

Salary Range:

$225,000 - $337,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
