We are seeking a Supply Chain Employee Hardware Program Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for Employee Hardware Devices, spanning strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) supplier operations and employee device management programs. This role is responsible for driving global supplier performance, supply chain operations, and scalable operating models that deliver cost efficiency, resiliency, and simplified employee device experience.

The Supply Chain Employee Hardware Program Manager is a strategist and operator who can independently translate business objectives into execution, influence cross‑functional partners, and drive measurable outcomes across complex, global programs. This includes continuously improving global employee device management processes to ensure a stable and effective run state, owning process documentation, planning and deploying program changes, and coordinating change management and communications.

This Supply Chain Employee Hardware Program Manager position requires deep domain expertise in program operations management and a proven track record of delivering results aligned to strategic priorities. The successful candidate is a collaborative team player who can think strategically while remaining hands‑on and execution‑focused.

Responsibilities

Strategic Supplier & Contract Management

  • Lead strategic OEM supplier relationships including monthly business reviews, SLA performance management, and multi-year contract negotiations (SOW/MPPA)

  • Negotiate pricing, volume rebates, and contract terms to achieve annual savings targets while maintaining supply continuity

  • Drive supplier performance improvements through data-driven scorecards and corrective action planning

Supply Chain & Operations Excellence

  • Manage global hardware supply chain including demand planning, inventory optimization, device order backlog management

  • Partner with IT and product stakeholders on device certification, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle planning

Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead data engineering initiatives to improve accuracy by owning business logic

  • Develop Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking

  • Drive AI adoption and process automation to eliminate manual tasks and enhance user experience

  • Monitor program performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, speed, and reliability

  • Ensure proficient data discipline, reporting, and insights to support operational and leadership decisions Influence stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and execution

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Preferred/Additional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, hardware, operations, procurement, or global program management

  • Proven experience managing supplier‑driven programs with a focus on user experience and overall best in class operations

  • Contract negotiation expertise: multi-million-dollar SOWs, Masters, and SLA performance management

  • Experience driving process reengineering and automation in complex environments

  • Sound knowledge in area of Technology, Hardware, Manufacturing

  • Sound experience in process, dashboard, AI, and tools development to improve productivity, efficiency and user experience in Procurement or Supply Chain space

  • Proficient analytical and reporting skills with hands on with reporting technologies is an added advantage – Power BI, AI Agents, etc.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
