Job Overview

Overview

Intuit’s mission is powering prosperity around the world. We do this by attracting the world’s top talent, delivering innovative solutions for consumers, small businesses, self-employed professionals, and accounting experts. Every day we innovate with our flagship products: TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, and Credit Karma. For over 100 million customers, we deliver more money, more time, and more confidence.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of finance, process transformation, and technology. It is broader than EPM platform management alone and is accountable for helping define and deliver the roadmap for Plan to Perform capabilities across Finance. The Group Manager will lead a team of transformation professionals supporting process redesign, business analysis, solution design, and program execution, while partnering closely with Finance, Data, and Technology stakeholders.

This leader will serve as the primary technology and transformation partner for the FP&A value stream, helping modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes; drive cross-functional alignment; and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to accelerate finance outcomes. The role should remain grounded in systems and solution delivery, but with equal emphasis on business process transformation and portfolio leadership.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation across the Plan to Perform value stream, managing a team of business systems and transformation professionals and serving as the primary technology partner for FP&A.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for FP&A transformation, including process modernization, capability evolution, and systems enablement across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  • Partner across Finance, Technology, and Data teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions, aligning requirements, sequencing, and delivery plans across a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Oversee business analysis, process design, and solution execution, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, standardization, and decision support.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern finance technologies to streamline processes, improve insights, and accelerate finance transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and transformation manager with experience spanning finance processes, business systems, and cross-functional program delivery. They understand FP&A deeply enough to engage credibly with finance stakeholders, while also bringing the structured thinking and technical fluency needed to guide solution design and systems-enabled change.

They are comfortable leading a team, navigating ambiguity, and influencing across a complex stakeholder environment. They can balance strategic roadmap thinking with practical execution, and they bring a modernization mindset that includes process simplification, connected planning, and thoughtful application of AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in finance systems, transformation, business systems, or program leadership roles, including meaningful support of FP&A / enterprise planning functions.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and experience translating business needs into process improvements, system capabilities, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience with EPM and related finance technologies, with the judgment to position technology as an enabler of broader business transformation; familiarity with AI or automation use cases is a plus.
