About the Role:
The Principal IT Delivery Program Manager is a senior execution leader responsible for driving the successful delivery and value realization of complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. Operating within the Value Management Office (VMO), this role ensures disciplined program execution across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
This individual brings deep infrastructure domain expertise and structured program management rigor to lead cross-functional initiatives that are critical to business performance, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability. The role is highly execution-focused, emphasizing governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Enterprise Infrastructure & Program Delivery
- Lead large-scale, multi-domain initiatives including cloud migrations, network modernization, data center upgrades, and managed service transitions
- Drive structured program execution including milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting
- Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise roadmaps and business goals
- Translate technical complexity into clear business impact and decision-ready insights
Infrastructure & Managed Services
- Design and implement scalable L1/L2 managed service models
- Lead vendor onboarding, transition planning, and operational readiness
- Establish SLA/KPI governance and service performance management frameworks
- Drive integration between infrastructure monitoring platforms and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Implement runbooks, escalation models, and operational accountability structures
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish and maintain program governance cadence including executive-level reporting
- Identify and mitigate cross-domain risks across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance
- Ensure validation, regulatory, and security requirements are embedded into delivery plans
- Maintain documentation and traceability to support audit readiness in regulated environments
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage strategic vendor relationships across cloud, network, and infrastructure providers
- Drive vendor accountability through structured governance forums
- Track budgets, forecast financial impact, and support cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure resource and capacity planning aligns with program delivery needs
Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with IT and business leaders to align infrastructure solutions with enterprise needs
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions
- Drive alignment across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to influence decisions and remove barriers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 6+ years of IT experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment with FDA regulatory exposure, OR
- Master’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure programs across cloud, network, and data center environments
- Proven experience leading system/platform migrations and multi-cloud hybrid implementations
- Experience supporting validated applications in regulated environments
- Strong program and project management expertise (PMP certification preferred or in progress)
- Experience with ITSM integration and service delivery (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, drive structured escalation, and lead complex cross-functional programs
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting
Preferred:
- PMP and/or ScrumMaster certification
- Trained in Agile Frameworks
- Experience working with enterprise infrastructure vendors and managed service providers
- Change advisory board experience
- Advanced knowledge of infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms, networking, and platform engineering
- Experience operating in highly matrixed, global organizations

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $132,700.00-$182,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
