Job Overview
Come join the Virtual Expert Platform as a Senior Staff Product Manager, where you will lead the strategy and execution of core platform domains that power partner experiences across Intuit’s ecosystem.
As a leader on the Intuit Partner Platform team, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for critical platform capabilities such as partner onboarding, identity, engagement, integrations, and monetization. You will play a key role in building scalable, reusable platform capabilities that enable seamless partner experiences and drive meaningful customer and business outcomes.
We are looking for a product leader with strong experience in platform and technical product management, deep customer empathy, and the ability to drive execution across multiple teams. You will operate at the intersection of business, customer/partner needs, and technology, partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, AI-driven platform solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience building platform capabilities and APIs, driving cross-team alignment, and delivering durable solutions that scale across products and use cases.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for a major platform domain or capability area
- Identify and prioritize high-impact customer and partner problems using data and research
- Translate strategy into roadmaps, use cases, and measurable success metrics
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and services
- Define platform capabilities, requirements, and use cases aligned to broader platform strategy
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and extensible across products
- Partner with engineering to shape technical approaches and tradeoffs
- Participate actively in technical discussions (APIs, systems, data flows)
- Drive AI-enabled product capabilities within your domain
- Align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, GTM) around priorities and outcomes
- Influence roadmaps and decisions across dependent teams and domains
- Balance feature delivery with long-term platform durability and scalability
- Improve processes, tools, and operating models to increase execution efficiency
- Use data to measure outcomes and continuously iterate on product improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management leadership role.
- Experience with Salesforce PRM and related PRM technologies, as well as building partner-facing capabilities at scale.
- Strong technical background, including API platform expertise, with the ability to engage in architecture and design discussions.
- Experience with building and leading high performing teams.
- Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrable technical depth in software development - i.e., reading code, architecture and design discussions with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.
- Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer
- Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach and delivering impactful business results.
- Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
- Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
- Undergraduate degree required; focus in computer science or engineering preferrable; MBA is a plus; equivalent experience will be considered

Bay Area California $ 196,500- 266,000
Southern California $ 179,000- 242,500
