$168000 - $258750/year
Job Description
Join the team at the forefront of NVIDIA Agentics, Nemotron Edge Modeling & the Blueprint group. We connect foundational models with real-world applications, enabling advanced Agentic AI across sectors like smart manufacturing, public safety, and healthcare. Our mission is to support high-performance foundation models tailored for edge deployment. We also support NVIDIA Blueprints, which provide customizable, production-ready AI workflows. In addition, we support a team whose focus is to apply agentic AI patterns (autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents) to security, threat modeling, code and dependency analysis, prompt-injection defenses, taint tracking, and agent red-teaming.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Program Manager to join the journey, with a focus on agentic AI workflow and execution. In this role, you will drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully manage and complete large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
*What You’ll Be Doing:*
- Integral member of Agentic AI workflow and execution
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives, coordinating between research, engineering, and product teams to deliver agentic AI features and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Work with engineering and product on shaping the roadmap and providing PORs to help with execution.
- Ensure technical alignment and execution, translating research concepts into production-ready capabilities.
- Establish standards to help improve productivity.
- Manage dependencies and risks across multiple AI projects, ensuring achievements are met, and resources are effectively allocated.
- Use the Jira dashboard to help with various reporting and Confluence to provide program updates to the core and leadership team
- Work closely with the engineering team on various KPIs to improve the overall execution process and deliverables
- Communicate progress and insights clearly to executives and technical stakeholders, anchoring decisions with data and measurable outcomes.
*What we need to see:*
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of proven experience in technical program management, ideally in LLM/Agentic AI projects.
- Validated track record leading complex AI initiatives from initial prototype stages to full production.
- Strong technical expertise combined with organizational leadership skills, effectively bridging research and implementation.
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing tasks and fostering alignment across teams, customers, and partners.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced with Jira, capable of guiding engineering teams in Agile and Scrum practices.
*Ways to stand out from the crowd:*
- Strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) architecture, frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face), and model evaluation.
- Understanding of agentic AI systems — multi-agent frameworks, tool orchestration, and autonomous workflow design.
- Deep curiosity about the frontiers of autonomous AI agents and real-world agent orchestration.
