About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Data Engineer to work on multiple areas of reporting and analytics on ServiceNow including but not limited to Vulnerability Remediation, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog and Knowledge Management.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale software planning for the Technology area
- Design, develop, and run tooling to discover problems in data and applications and report the issues to engineering and product leadership
- Review and analyze complex software enhancement initiatives for business, operational or technical improvements that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted data engineering situations requiring understanding of software package options and programming language and compliance requirements that influence and lead Technology to meet deliverables and drive organizational change
- Strategically collaborate and consult with internal partners to resolve highly risky data engineering challenges
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Data Analytics Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or similar area of study
- Demonstrated understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM data model
- CSA Certification
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog
- 3+ years of experience with Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow
- CAD Certification
- Experience with building dashboards and reports on Tableau or PowerBI
Job Expectations:
- Onsite work 3x days weekly
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- No C2C
- Complete CAD certification within 6 months
- Designing and implementing solutions in the ServiceNow environment.
- Collaborate to help find solutions for business needs.
- Provide estimates for requested work efforts.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
- Self-motivated with proven prioritization and organizational skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
