What you'll do:
- Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system goals.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
- Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, support defect resolution, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
- Proven ability to deliver scoped features and manage full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated skills in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
- Solid understanding of platform design, iterative development, and technical leadership in scalable, secure software solutions.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, problem solving, and delivering high-quality, reliable software products.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
