The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive platform governance capabilities and operational excellence for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). In this role, you will shape the governance methodology, processes, and technical solutions that ensure our personalization platform operates with scalability, compliance, and exceptional performance for millions of Adobe customers worldwide.

This role requires hands‑on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform, including experience working directly within the platform on governance processes. Candidates with deep, practical AEP knowledge will be strongly preferred!
What you'll Do
Your role will be to partner with platform strategy, solutions engineering, and UX teams to understand current‑state governance and define future‑state platform management processes for Adobe‑on‑Adobe AEP initiatives. You will be instrumental ensuring the ongoing success of the platform used to deliver personalized Adobe experiences to millions of end users! This will include planning, validating, and implementing governance capabilities that span auditing, access controls, automated policy management, and cross‑system workflow efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate governance and process improvement workshops across partner and platform teams.
- Define and drive the product vision for AEP platform governance; collaborate with architecture, development, and user experience to deliver scalable solutions.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes to internal customers and technical teams.
- Align strategically with architecture, engineering, and product teams on execution of interdependent initiatives.
- Lead planning, documentation, and execution of ongoing operational (run‑the‑business) requirements as well as large‑scale platform enhancements.
- Direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering closely with business testers and Quality Engineering.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including defects, enhancements, and feature requests.
- Support release planning and ensure delivery aligns to business priorities and timelines.
What's needed to succeed
- 6+ years of Product Management experience delivering global, large‑scale technology solutions.
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with 3+ years hands‑on experience building or modeling unified customer profiles, working with RTCDP, identity resolution, datasets, and data governance workflows.
- Ability to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and design systems that scale.
- Experience implementing AEP or similar solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Solid experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leaders.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with limited direction and navigate ambiguous or complex initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
