What you'll do:
- Lead requirement analysis and scoping to align software solutions with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Guide teams in creating user stories and defining functional and non-functional requirements for agile development.
- Oversee solution design, ensuring scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures that address disaster recovery and MVP goals.
- Direct coding standards, tool selection, and automation to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient software components.
- Manage testing strategies, including test case development and defect resolution, to ensure comprehensive coverage and product reliability.
- Drive program monitoring, CI/CD processes, and performance metrics to maintain project health, delivery timelines.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement aligned with company values
What you bring:
- Proven expertise in project and stakeholder management within software engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable design patterns.
- Experience in requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional specifications, risk assessment, and prioritization.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud financial management (FinOps).
- Ability to lead teams in agile methodologies, including user story creation and MVP development.
- Skilled in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
- Familiarity with software product management and technology roadmaps to drive innovation and delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
