What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures emphasizing scalability, resilience, and automation.
- Integrate AI/ML components to develop intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.
- Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions to promote standardization and sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through code quality reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in platform engineering, including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks such as CI/CD and feature stores.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architecture principles, including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable and resilient systems.
- Extensive experience in full software development lifecycle ownership, from coding and testing to deployment and maintenance.
- Skilled in AI/ML integration using languages like Python, Java, and C++, with knowledge of intelligent automation and design patterns.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering growth and guiding architectural decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09158: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
