Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the BCA Engineering Dashboards and Analytic Tools team based out of Everett, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and diverse team focused on delivering robust data solutions and analytics capabilities. In this role, you will partner closely with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive program management, strategic business transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining engineering dashboards and analytic tools that empower the organization with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Position Responsibilities:

  • SQL Development & Database Management:

Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support engineering dashboards and analytic tools. Create and maintain database objects including tables, views, indexes, and schemas to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Collaborate with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage database performance, security, and access controls. Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple data sources and systems.
* Data Integration & Refresh Management:

Develop and maintain automated data refresh schedules to ensure dashboards and reports are updated with the latest data. Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh processes, working closely with IT and DBA teams to resolve issues promptly. Implement data validation and quality checks to guarantee accuracy and reliability of analytic outputs.
* Business Process Analysis & Collaboration:

Facilitate cross-functional teams focused on engineering data processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Collect, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements from process owners and stakeholders. Lead structured workshops and meetings to gather input, communicate progress, and drive consensus on analytic tool development.
* Project & Program Management Support:

Support program management activities by tracking project status, preparing visibility materials, and coordinating testing schedules. Assist in the preparation of test scripts and conduct business requirements reviews to validate analytic tool functionality. Apply project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and quality of analytic solutions.
* Process Improvement & Documentation:

Apply process, data, and systems architecture principles to improve existing workflows and analytic processes. Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, standards, guidelines, and tools related to data analytics and dashboard development. Support transition efforts from traditional documentation to modern data and information management standards.
* Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:

Serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise in SQL development, data management, and business process analysis. Encourage adoption of architectural compliance and best practices within the team. Research and provide existing business architectural data to support integration and compliance efforts. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Three or more years’ experience constructing complex SQL queries, tables, views, and stored procedures.
  • Three or more years’ experience managing data refresh schedules.
  • Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience gathering, defining, and documenting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Engineering or Business Operations
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts.
  • Extensive experience communicating with team members and senior leaders.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 - $93,090 - $105,280

Level 4 - $111,972 - $132,540
