We are currently looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Warranty Group of America team in Franklin, TN.

The WGA Analytics group is in search of a motivated individual to own the policies, processes, and tooling that ensure the organization’s data is accurate, secure, compliant, discoverable, and fit for analytics and operations. Partners with data engineering and analytics to define data models, monitor data quality, manage metadata and lineage, oversee migrations, and optimize data access and performance. Drives stakeholder alignment, standards adoption, and measurable improvements in data reliability and usability. Acts as the business liaison and representative in Warranty Group of America Digital projects to include AI model deployment and monitoring.

  • Lead development of analytics products to support TCS business needs
  • Analyze internal and third-party data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Profile, clean, standardize, and enrich datasets in collaboration with data stewards
  • Build business process and data flow diagrams to support analytics and operational efficiency
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support agile product development
  • Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners

Who We’re Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Candidate must have 6+ experience in development teams, data architecture and governance, data stewardship, and metadata management experience.
  • Hands on Technology exp with:
  • Snowflake Platform and AI Model Deployments, data governance, stewardship, and metadata management.
  • Advanced SQL and Python Knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of data modeling (e.g. entity relationship diagrams).
  • Exposure to data platforms (e.g., Snowflake/EMR) and catalog/lineage tools.
  • Understanding of privacy/compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) as relevant.
