We are hiring a VP, Engineering, Wealth Management Technology. In this role you will design, develop, modify, adapt and implements short- and long-term solutions to technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software solutions. Provides application software development services typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. May test new software code and typically works in a highly efficient ("Agile") development environment.

-Leads a function typically through multiple levels of managers of diverse activities; develops and executes functional strategy to achieve key business objectives
Problem Solving:
-Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions
Impact:
-Guided by company strategy and functional business objectives, impacts results of a core business
Interpersonal Skills:
-Influences and negotiates with great latitude on outcomes; presents and defends complicated or delicate issues

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $230,000 - $250,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
