In this role, you will advise senior and executive leaders on technology strategy and drive solutions to complex, enterprise‑level challenges. You will lead long‑term initiatives that align technology capabilities with business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen governance. Key responsibilities include managing software licensing and contract administration, optimizing contract lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with third‑party risk requirements. You will oversee vendor performance through structured scorecards, maintain an accurate and automated inventory of technology vendors, and apply best‑practice vendor management frameworks. Additionally, you will provide clear guidance, reporting, and subject‑matter expertise to internal teams on contract compliance and vendor management practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
  • Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in technology vendor governance, including oversight of licensing, vendor performance, and compliance processes
  • Exceptional executive‑level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and present complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in technology business support, including operational optimization and process improvement
  • Experience managing complex software licensing agreements, renewals, and enterprise‑level contract administration
  • Advanced skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, including preparation for legal engagement
  • Experience using third‑party risk management tools and executing formal risk assessment and monitoring processes
  • Proven success in process documentation, optimization, and automation across contract or vendor management lifecycles
  • Expert‑level ability to build, maintain, and strengthen cross‑functional relationships across technology, business, finance, legal, and risk partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on vendor performance, cost, and SLA data
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic solutions in a complex, highly regulated environment
