  • Experience designing end‑to‑end data solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, staging/semantic layers, and data consumption through dashboards, reports, and downstream applications.
  • Proven ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical architectures, solution designs, and implementation patterns aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Hands‑on experience enabling Python‑based solutions for data processing, automation, and analytics workflows.
  • Experience architecting and supporting AI‑based applications and functionalities, including AI/ML and generative AI use cases, with focus on scalability, governance, and enterprise adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure quality delivery, documentation, performance, security, and operational support.

  • Agile mindset with experience supporting incremental delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly learn new business domains and data sources and become a subject matter expert where needed.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or other regulated industries, with exposure to data governance and compliance considerations.
