What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain internal backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Develop and maintain integrations between organizational data systems and internal platforms
• Own and evolve access management solutions for employees and external contributors
• Work with AWS infrastructure (Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda, Fargate, EC2, API Gateway)
• Build infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Drive cost optimization initiatives by replacing expensive licenses and external tools with more efficient alternatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, HR systems, etc.)
• Write well-structured, maintainable code using established engineering practices and patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture principles
• (Bonus) Contribute to frontend and full-stack initiatives using React / Node.js

* Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations

Who You Are

• Strong experience with Python backend development
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
• Familiar with authentication, authorization, and access management concepts
• Comfortable working on internal platforms with high impact and cross-team dependencies
• Willing and ready to participate in an on-call rotation
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and able to work independently
• Bonus: Experience with React and Node.js

• Experience with identity & access management systems
• Experience designing internal platform architecture
• Experience with cost optimization and vendor/tool evaluation
• DevOps mindset and CI/CD experience
