- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact through negotiation, contract execution, and launch.
- Drive new revenue generation within your portfolio through upsells, cross-sells, product launches, and commercial expansions.
- Build and manage a strong, healthy pipeline, consistently progressing opportunities to close.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key merchants to accelerate growth and increase share of wallet.
- Pitch Klarna’s value proposition to senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with a focus on long-term value creation and strategic alignment.
- Partner closely with internal analytics, product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling, data-driven proposals and enable successful launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and sharpen Klarna’s positioning.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across both new prospects and existing partners.
- Deliver performance reviews and strategic growth recommendations to merchant stakeholders.
- Contribute to vertical strategy development and help shape Klarna’s go-to-market approach.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business, expanding existing partnerships, and taking full ownership of commercial outcomes.
