If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span style="font-size:12px"><span id="0"><b>Job Title</b></span></span></p>AI Product Manager<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p><b><i>AI in Products:</i></b></p><ul><li>Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products that drive business value</li><li>Define product requirements for AI-powered features, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements</li><li>Partner with engineering to evaluate and select AI/LLM providers and approaches for product features</li><li>Design human-in-the-loop experiences and appropriate guardrails for AI-powered product features</li><li>Measure and iterate on AI feature performance, balancing accuracy, latency, cost, and user satisfaction</li></ul><p><b><i>AI for Product Development:</i></b></p><ul><li>Use AI tools for rapid prototyping—quickly generating mockups, proof-of-concepts, and interactive demos to validate ideas</li><li>Leverage AI to synthesize user research, analyze customer feedback at scale, and identify patterns in usage data</li><li>Create high-quality product documentation, PRDs, and specifications using AI-assisted writing tools</li><li>Accelerate competitive analysis and market research using AI to process large volumes of information</li><li>Champion AI-powered product development practices across the product organization</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services</li><li>Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered product features or products</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI tools for product work (prototyping, documentation, research synthesis)</li><li>Strong technical acumen with ability to understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and tradeoffs</li><li>Experience with data-driven product development and experimentation frameworks</li><li>Excellent communication skills with ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to navigate ethical considerations</li><li>Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption of new tools or practices</li></ul><h2>Nice to Have</h2><ul><li>Technical background (engineering or data science experience)</li><li>Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools and prototyping platforms</li><li>Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements (especially for AI in regulated contexts)</li><li>Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning language models</li><li>Background in user research or design thinking methodologies</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Salary Range</b></p>$100,000.00 - $165,600.00<p></p><p></p><p><i>These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
