Job Summary

Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

What you will do

  • Leads the collecting, analyzing, and interpreting of data from various sources that are used for statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies and initiatives.
  • Creates reports and dashboards to visualize and present data to help stakeholders understand performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant data points that drive decision-making.
  • Utilizes historical data to develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and outcomes for optimizing inventory management, staffing, and other operational areas.
  • Evaluates metrics and conducts performance analyses to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborates with various teams and stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensures data integrity, quality, and compliance by establishing data governance frameworks, developing data standards, and implementing processes to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Explores innovative approaches to data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Interacts directly with patients to gather information related to their health conditions, medications, and allergies and provides basic instructions on medication usage, and answers non-clinical questions within their scope of practice.
  • Seeks opportunities to enhance team knowledge and skills through professional development, training, and certifications.
  • On Call support required at a week per month basis (Subject to change)

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years experience incident and problem management
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience working with Delegated commercial clients in the CAS application for Pharmacy prior authorizations or any healthcare related experience.
  • Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) preferred
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret rules and regulations, then apply them to current issues.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
