We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead Emerging Talent hiring across North America. In this role, you will manage a high-performing team of recruiters responsible for delivering our Intern, Co-op, and Full-Time Early Career hiring across the U.S. and Canada within our Tech Ecosystem — including Engineering, Product Management, Design, AI and other innovation-critical domains.

This role is responsible for the operational leadership and delivery of large-scale, cyclical early career programs, including a 150+ U.S. Summer Intern program, ~50 Canadian Co-op hires across multiple cohorts, and strategic Full-Time Early Career hiring. You will partner closely with senior leaders (Directors, VPs), Finance, HR Business Partners, BizOps, and our Emerging Talent Programs team to align hiring plans to future business needs and deliver exceptional results at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Emerging Talent Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5 Emerging Talent Recruiters across North America, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Drive performance management, goal setting, and capability development across technical assessment, stakeholder partnership, and consultative recruiting
  • Create clarity and focus during peak academic hiring cycles, ensuring seamless execution across interns, co-ops, and early career full-time hiring
  • Build operational rigor and consistency in recruiter execution, candidate experience, and hiring manager partnership

Own Delivery of North America Emerging Talent Hiring

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of all Emerging Talent hiring across the U.S. and Canada, including:
  • 150+ U.S. Summer Intern hires
  • ~50 Canadian Co-op hires across multiple annual cohorts
  • Full-Time Early Career hiring across technical domains
  • Partner with Directors and VPs across the Tech Ecosystem to translate headcount plans into executable hiring roadmaps aligned to academic cycles and graduation timelines
  • Drive structured intake and headcount planning processes in partnership with Finance, HRBP, and BizOps to proactively forecast hiring demand
  • Ensure hiring plans are operationally sound, capacity-aligned, and delivered on time within defined hiring windows
  • Maintain deep understanding of technical skill demands across Engineering, PM, Design, AI/ML and adjacent innovation roles

Drive Data-Driven, Scalable Hiring Excellence

  • Own and optimize key funnel health metrics including:
  • Interview pass-through rates
  • Candidate conversion rates
  • Intern-to-full-time conversion
  • Offer acceptance rates
  • Time-to-fill and hiring velocity
  • Diagnose root causes of funnel bottlenecks and implement targeted interventions to improve quality and efficiency at scale
  • Leverage AI-enabled operational tools to enhance productivity and speed
  • Build structured, repeatable hiring processes that scale across high-volume technical hiring cycles
  • Use data insights to influence hiring manager behavior, interviewer calibration, and overall hiring outcome

Partner Across Programs and the Business

  • Collaborate closely with the Emerging Talent Programs team to ensure seamless integration between recruiting delivery and intern/co-op program experience
  • Provide field insights to inform long-term school strategy, employer branding initiatives, and early talent pipeline investments
  • Partner with Talent Marketing to amplify employer brand across priority campuses and technical communities
  • Operate as part of One Integrated TA Team, aligning with peer TA leaders to ensure consistency in assessment standards and hiring excellence across Intuit
  • Communicate progress, risks, and insights clearly to senior stakeholders, proactively managing expectations throughout the hiring cycle

Qualifications

  • Deep experience with the Emerging Talent landscape, owning and supporting scaled early career, campus, intern cyclical hiring programs
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team (3–7+ recruiters) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated success hiring technical talent across domains such as Software Engineering, Product Management, AI/ML, Data Science, Security, Design
  • Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage complexity across academic timelines, hiring seasonality, and multiple stakeholders
  • Highly data fluent with a track record of using funnel metrics and performance insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Directors and VP-level leaders to align hiring plans with business objectives
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, collaborating with Finance, HRBPs, BizOps, Marketing, and Program teams
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive productivity and innovation
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and consultative influence
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $ 173,500- 235,000
