This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of best in class software experiences. The candidate is a self-motivated individual who can collaborate with a team and across the organization. The candidate takes responsibility of the software artifacts produced adhering to U.S. Bank standards in order to ensure minimal impact to the customer experience. The candidate will be adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and support solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, user‑friendly technical solutions.
  • Develop AI‑enabled experiences using Copilot Studio and AI‑assisted development tools.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Build and deploy custom SPFx components for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio Agents (Power Virtual Agents), integrated with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams, to enable intelligent internal knowledge access.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools—including GitHub Copilot, Power Platform AI features (e.g., AI Builder, Power Automate), and Azure AI services—to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support automation across the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Deep hands-on experience building enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proven expertise designing, building, and deploying Copilot Studio agents to solve real-world business problems.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts, including topics, triggers, conversation flows, and data actions within Copilot Studio.
  • Experience developing reusable, high-performance custom components using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Solid familiarity with modern SharePoint UI/UX patterns and Fluent UI design principles.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end development initiatives, ideally within financial technology or similarly regulated environments.
  • Strong experience working in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement using tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated full-stack ownership, consistently delivering production-ready, testable, and maintainable code.

Location expectations 
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
