This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, storytelling, and business strategy. You will be responsible for driving the retail distribution strategy of one of the biggest banks in the nation, uncovering insights that drive strategy, crafting compelling narratives, partnering with data science teams to leverage and develop advanced AI and Machine learning models, and driving business decisions. In this role, you will: Strategy & Business Leadership Advise business leaders on strategies derived from performance metrics, customer and market trends, and advanced analytics to maximize growth and minimize risk. Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership to drive large-scale, cross-organizational initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, delivering clear, compelling insights and recommendations. Analytics, Insights & Modeling Use advanced analytics to solve complex business problems, create metrics, develop dashboards, and deliver insights across enterprise strategies. Lead large-scale analytics efforts involving geospatial analysis (GIS) and advanced AI/Machine Learning models. Identify and evangelize new tools, methods, and best practices for data analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. Execution & Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams, partnering closely with data science, finance, technology, and operations teams. Gather, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all managed initiatives. Mentorship of junior analysts Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and executives to resolve issues and drive enterprise-wide outcomes. Required

Qualifications

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

Strong proficiency in building executive-ready presentations and narratives. Expertise analyzing large datasets (customer, block group level) and creating analytics-driven visualizations. Experience leading or partnering with data science teams building AI/Machine Learning models. Knowledge of retail distribution, optimization frameworks, and network strategy. Advanced experience with: SQL, SAS, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.
