About the team

Enterprise Business Services builds robust service operations and technology solutions across Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. Our team drives FP&A Planning and Budgeting transformation by integrating advanced Machine Learning (ML) into financial decision-making, delivering scalable, open-stack solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy, automate planning workflows, and provide real-time, data-driven enterprise insights. As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design and develop ML-enabled web applications and backend microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions. You will lead end-to-end development, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices to ensure innovation, scalability, and measurable business impact.

What you'll do

Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using ReactJS. Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Java. Design, integrate, and deploy ML models into production systems to enable intelligent, data-driven decision. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write high-quality, reusable, and modular code following best practices. Implement and maintain comprehensive test suites using tools like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as [Java, Java frameworks, Python, Reactjs, NextJs,]. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions. Prior experience in a staff or principal engineering role is preferred. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
