About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to work as a Testing Manager for Payments & Money Movement. In this role, you will: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers/testers responsible for sprint‑based UAT and automated testing Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for the testing team Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and quality ownership Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of UAT activities within Agile sprints Partner with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to ensure test scenarios align with business requirement. Ensure UAT results, risks, and defects are clearly communicated and tracked to resolution Ensure automated test suites are maintained, reliable, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines Balance manual exploratory testing with automation to maximize coverage and efficiency Leverage Octane and Jira for test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting Use GitHub to manage automation code repositories, version control, and collaboration Continuously improve testing processes, metrics, and reporting to increase transparency and predictability Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Release Management to ensure quality is built into design and delivery Identify quality risks related to money movement, transactions, and integrations, and proactively address them Advocate for best practices in testing, automation, and Agile quality standards Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering 2+years of experience leading or managing QA/testing teams Experience with Agile/Scrum testing and sprint‑based UAT Experience with test automation frameworks and regression testing Desired Qualifications: Experience using: Octane for test management Jira for Agile planning and defect tracking Experience testing financial systems, payments, or money movement applications Familiarity with Application Programming Interface (API), integration, and end‑to‑end testing Experience driving test automation adoption or transformation efforts Background in regulated or high‑risk transaction environments Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Job Expectations: Ability to work at the posted location Ability to work a hybrid schedule, at least 3 days a week working in office.
