Mid-Level Programmer Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Programmer Analyst to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or Berkeley, MO. The Programmer Analyst will have a passion for building enterprise software systems and will enjoy solving challenging and complex problems across multiple domains. The Programmer Analyst will support the development of critical applications of airplane regulatory and certification systems. The selected candidate will play an active role in facilitating the transition from current state to future state of Information Technology (IT) tools supporting digital transformation. Position
Responsibilities
Leads analysis of business processes & requirements to define application requirements Designs, develops, tests, implements, documents, and maintains software applications Writes and compile code; construct database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain functionality Identifies and resolves programming or architecture issues Reviews system performance, identify, and recommend improvements Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years corporate experience with Object Oriented Design and Programming in a high-level language like CSS, C# and .Net Experience working with API design Experience with customer facing UI development Experience using SQL for application interactions with databases (i.e. Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.) Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps Experience with production or test environments Experience with AWS Experience with Angular React Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with peers and customers Experience working collaboratively and independently Experience with Cloud technologies and/or Cloud native app development Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)/Tanzu along with containerization Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment Experience with software development requirements relevant in the aerospace domain Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
