Develop scalable APIs, backend services, and data integrations that power analytics, AI workflows, and MDM initiatives. Build user interfaces guided by modern UX principles to improve usability, adoption, and user efficiency. Integrate customer and enterprise data across systems to support analytics, Golden Record management, and identity resolution. Develop and enhance generative AI/LLM-based features, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and internal AI assistants. Familiar with multi-agentic platforms Support analytics delivery and embed insights into internal applications using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools. Contribute to architectural discussions, influence product roadmaps, and take ownership of new projects end-to-end. Participate in periodic on-call rotations and handle out-of-band engineering requests in a fast-paced, agile environment. What You'll Bring Strong proficiency in Java and Python for backend services, APIs, and application logic. Solid understanding of web services, REST, RPC, and microservice design principles. Extensive experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and data modeling guidelines. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments such as EKS or EMR. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern deployment practices. Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases. Experience with AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Llama) and vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone) preferred. Experience developing modern UIs or equivalent experience; UX design exposure preferred. Understanding of customer data structures, MDM concepts, and data governance. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver on defined achievements.
