Located in Huntsville, AL, the job duties and expectations will be: Business case development Develop impactful predictive modelling, Monte Carlo simulations and advanced analytics in support of cost, schedule, and technical component. Perform cost model and ROI development. Participate in market research in support of technical initiatives, collect data, and support development of compelling new solutions or improvements to existing solutions. Document the collection, summarization, and justification of technical data for proof-of-concept. Engagement Interface with other technical contributors to help define proposed development roadmaps. Act as a technical liaison between teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Support trade studies, analysis of alternatives and document objective findings. Basic Qualifications: Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of experience (3 years with a Masters). Familiarity with software development (i.e., Java/JavaScript, C++, python, or any modern object-oriented language) and its life cycle. Familiarity with design of systems solutions and activity flow diagrams. 1+ years’ experience with classified networks and infrastructure. Familiarity with network cyber hygiene and assured file transfer processes. General knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. 1+ years’ Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, JIRA). Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Ability to travel 10%. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in providing presentations of results and progress to customers or senior management. 1+ years’ experience working with the DoD customer and supporting program deliverables. Knowledge of deploying and maintaining a program-wide cloud environment. Familiarity with cyber security STIG compliance and Security Standards/Protocols. Familiarity with DevSecOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Familiarity with configuration management tools (GitHub). Eager to expand knowledge and continuously improve. Primary Level Salary Range: $119,600.00 - $179,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
