About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Identity Management team within the Digital Technology Innovation group. This position will utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology to assist with technology innovation, product development, testing and delivery. As part of an Agile team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and design specifications for conversion into user stories and tasks within allocated sprint sessions. In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of experience in Java /J2EE, strong core Java, multi-threading, design patterns 4+ years of experience with Spring, Sprint Boot, API design, SOAP/REST 4+ years of experience with relational and NOSQL databases such as Oracle, Mongo DB Desired Qualifications: Experience in unit/integration testing using JUnit, RestAssured Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Harness Experience in application performance, monitoring and optimization tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, Splunk, AppDynamics Experience in Agile Methodologies, Scrum and secure SDLC process Experience with cloud platforms like Open Shift Container (OCP) Knowledge of design patterns using Circuit Breaker, Bulkhead Working knowledge of Test Automation using BDD with Karate framework Proficiency in using code analysis, code review and debugging tools Strong communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field Job Expectations: Must be able to work on-site at the listed locations – hybrid schedule available Relocation assistance is not available Visa sponsorship is not available Posting Locations: 300 S Brevard St., Charlotte, NC 28202 550 S 4th St., Minneapolis, MN 55415 1755 Grant St., Concord, CA 94520 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
