Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., infrastructure, data center and other cross-functional teams) to gather information, monitor and implement compliance controls. Review technical information, including system configurations, policies, and procedures, to ensure alignment with compliance requirements. Support the preparation and organization of evidence for audits and assessments. Monitor and track compliance tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Assist in identifying gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to meet compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCI-DSS, SOC2, and ISO 27001 requirements and industry best practices. Assist in the coordination and documentation of compliance activities for PCI-DSS, SOC2, and ISO 27001 frameworks. Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization. Perform administrative tasks such as updating compliance trackers, filing documentation, and preparing reports for management review. Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience working as an Sr. Enterprise Engineer Basic understanding of reviewing technical documentation (e.g., system logs, network diagrams, or security policies) and applying it to defined standards. Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC2, or ISO 27001 frameworks is a plus, but not required—training will be provided. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools; experience with compliance management software is a bonus. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about information security and compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in infrastructure and technology). Preferred Skills Strong exposure to IT systems, cloud environments, or security controls. Basic knowledge of risk management or audit processes. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
